At Dominic Marano LLC, my mission is to provide compassionate care and support to those struggling with mental health issues. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care and I strive to make that a reality for my clients. I offer both in-person psychiatry and telehealth psychiatry appointments

I take a personalized approach to each client's care, tailoring our treatments to meet their unique needs. I am an experienced psychiatric mental health care nurse practitioner and strive to help my clients achieve their mental health goals. My speciality is the initiation and management of psychiatric mental health medication.

I offer a variety of mental health services, including evaluations, medication management, and completion of paperwork/forms . I also provide telehealth services for those who prefer to receive care from the comfort of their own homes.

Offering limited in-person appointments or telehealth.

I use Simple Practice's telepsych app/website for appointments and will provide a link prior to the appointment. The link can also be found on the in an e-mail sent before the appointment or on the Patient Portal. DoxyMe will be available as back up in the event there is an issue with Simple Practice.
